Context
Guitarra na Voz is an initiative from my good friend João Leitão.
João is an excellent musician and a great teacher. He's a resident music teacher of 'A Voz do Operário' which is a 5th to 9th grade school.
After classes, João teaches kids from outside the school but in 'Voz Do Operário' facilities. As he needs more students he asked me for help.
Illustrations rock
The website is Wordpress based. With this CMS João can have control over it's contents.
The design is fully original and the website's main feature is it's illustrations brilliantly designed by Vera Costa.
This app is meant for kids, so they must feel like they're playing some sort of a game.
We used vivid colors to bring life and fun to the app.
Also, the contrast allows a fast tracking of elements.
So everything's really easy in this app.

Simple and style by design
The simulator is composed by some of the orff orchestra instruments.
They are the piano, xylophone, set of bells, triangle, tambourine, maracas, reco-reco, clubs and timbale.
On the desktop, interact with the instruments using the mouse or using the keyboard. The speed provided by a computer offers a real playing feeling.
